Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month customer care role on a full-time basis. You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, assisting customers via phone, email and chat and contributing to a positive brand experience.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
