Inetum is seeking a Field Support Coordinator to oversee a technical support team and provide hands-on end-user IT support across client sites in Portugal. You will coordinate incidents, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality service delivery with on-site and remote support.

Requirements include proven IT support experience, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, basic networking, ticketing familiarity, English fluency, and a valid Portuguese driving license; willingness to travel to customer

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT Support, End-User Support, or Field Services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management processes.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license in Portugal and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities, incidents and service requests for the team.
• Act as main contact for escalations and customer communications.
• Manage team planning, holidays and workload distribution.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues.
• Install and deploy OS images on PCs and laptops.
• Monitor ticket progress and ensure timely resolutions.
