Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver 2nd level onsite and remote support in a hybrid Porto-based role. You’ll manage Microsoft environments, endpoints, and workplace systems, while assisting with deployments, office moves, and lifecycle management of IT equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and device management, and a good grasp of IT security policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as IT Support Engineer.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, MacBooks, Microsoft Office, and endpoint environments.
• Knowledge of device management, mobile systems (iOS), and workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking basics, and printing systems.
• Understanding of IT security policies and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level onsite and remote support including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Microsoft environments, endpoints, mobile devices, and workplace systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and IT systems.
• Support rollouts, office moves, and lifecycle management of IT equipment.
• Ensure IT security compliance and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support IT projects and improvements.
