Haworth is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first-line onsite and remote assistance for end-user devices, software, and hardware. You will install, image, and maintain computers, troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, and support meetings with AV equipment.

The role focuses on timely resolutions within a dynamic, international environment. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT support, fluent English, and strong customer service.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 2–3 years in an IT support role, preferably within an international business environment.
• Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop computers, hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line onsite and remote support for end-user hardware, software, and Information Technology devices, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Install, configure, image, and maintain computers and other Information Technology equipment according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day Information Technology issues involving computers, printers, scanners, barcode readers, handheld devices, and related equipment.
• Support meetings and events by setting up audio‑visual equipment and presentation technology.
• Log, track, and resolve support requests through the corporate helpdesk system.
• Monitor the health and performance of Information Technology systems, including backups, storage, servers, antivirus protection, and printing services.
• Maintain software licenses and ensure accurate inventory and asset records for Information Technology equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades, software updates, and equipment replacements as required.
