Unipartner is seeking an IT Support Technician to equip and support staff with laptops, monitors and peripherals, while delivering first-line help across on-site and remote end-users.

You'll manage equipment lifecycle, handle incidents via the ticketing system, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, relying on Microsoft 365 and device management tools. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative IT team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, configure and deliver IT equipment, including laptops, monitors and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective support to users.
• Manage the IT equipment lifecycle, including inventory control, asset tracking, replacements and maintenance activities.
• Install, replace and troubleshoot IT components and peripherals when required.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users, both on-site and remotely.
• Register, follow up and resolve requests and incidents through the ticketing platform.
• Escalate incidents to second- and third-line support teams whenever necessary.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including the preparation, configuration and recovery of IT equipment.
• Provide basic support for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, internal procedures and knowledge base articles.
