Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join its teams in a challenging international technology environment. You will support hardware deployment and delivery projects, ensuring successful installation, configuration, validation, and stabilization of technical solutions across customer environments.

Qualificações

• Experience with hardware deployment and field installation.
• Experience with servers, PCs, peripherals, and onsite infrastructure.
• Knowledgeable in basic networking (LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in installing and configuring Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, able to meet project deadlines and work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Execute hardware installation, replacement, and deployment across customer environments.
• Configure, validate, and verify servers, workstations, terminals, peripherals, and related infrastructure per procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote support during installation, cutover, go-live, and early life support phases.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform connectivity checks, coordinate escalations as needed.
• Document deployment activities, incidents, and project outcomes while maintaining security and installation standards.
