Planet seeks an enthusiastic onsite IT Support Specialist in Porto to be the visible IT face for office colleagues and executives. You will resolve walk‑up issues, set up and maintain meeting spaces, and ensure collaboration tech remains reliable.

Responsibilities include imaging/provisioning Windows and macOS devices, supporting infrastructure and networks, and managing asset records. You will use Jira Service Management and collaborate with facilities and IT teams to keep the office productive.

Qualificações

• Proven onsite/desk-side IT support experience.
