Pixie Services in Lisbon is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strengthen our presence in Iberia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for freelance IT consultants across tech verticals and grow a robust candidate network.

Hybrid work in Lisbon with 1 remote day per week, a structured onboarding plan, and clear milestones for advancement. Fluency in Portuguese (native/bilingual) and English (C1) are required, with EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Native or bilingual Portuguese; professional working proficiency in English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for freelance IT consultants across technical verticals.
• Source, map, and cultivate a robust candidate network within a high-demand sector.
• Drive candidate engagement through outreach, profiling, screening, interviews, and pipeline tracking.
• Partner with Business Development to align sourcing with client requisitions and delivery goals.
