You will drive growth by building client partnerships, sourcing IT professionals, and aligning client requirements with candidate capabilities and project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, IT consulting sales or related activities.
• Good understanding of the IT consulting, outsourcing or technology staffing market.
• Ability to translate client requirements into consultant profiles.
• Interest and aptitude for identifying, engaging and validating IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the IT consulting and technology services market.
• Prospect potential B2B clients and maintain a structured pipeline of commercial opportunities.
• Develop and manage client relationships, understanding business objectives and consulting needs.
• Source IT professionals whose expertise aligns with consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Participate in candidate screening and validation processes.
• Engage with candidates to understand expectations and availability.
• Present validated profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interactions between clients, candidates and recruitment teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and proposals.
• Monitor recruitment pipeline progress and client feedback.
