HN Services Portugal is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our internal team in Lisbon, managing end-to-end recruitment for technology profiles and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will work with internal stakeholders to identify and attract tech talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, present offers, and support hires through onboarding. The role emphasizes collaboration, pipeline building, and proactive candidate care.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent sourcing.
• Ability to assess technical skills, motivation and fit.
• Excellent candidate experience and communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end IT recruiting process from needs to hire.
• Identify and attract IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen CVs and conduct recruitment interviews.
• Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience and fit.
• Present opportunities and coordinate salary offers with managers.
• Prepare candidates for technical client interviews.
• Participate in client meetings and technical interviews as needed.
• Ensure follow-up through hiring and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
• Collaborate with managers to align hiring priorities and keep data up to date in Salesforce.
