WorldIT is seeking an IT Recruitment & Business Development Consultant in Lisbon to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract tech talent. You will identify opportunities, engage with market stakeholders, and work closely with the Sales team to align client needs with candidate profiles.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, interviewing, and collaboration across teams, contributing to ongoing recruitment strategy and talent development.

Formación

• Academic background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year in Recruitment and Selection, preferably IT.
• Knowledge of talent sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job platforms).
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, organisational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
• Results-oriented with interest in business development.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and engage with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and attract talent through various recruitment channels (digital platforms, social media, job fairs, networking).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from hiring needs to offers.
• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews.
• Maintain active candidate database with profiles, skills, availability, and interests.
• Identify potential clients via LinkedIn and email to create opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales to approach clients and avoid duplicate contacts.
• Follow up on opportunities and present suitable candidate profiles.
• Participate in job fairs, bootcamps, and talent initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy development and improvement.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Carry out other related activities.
