HN Services Portugal is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our internal team and manage end-to-end recruitment for technology profiles. You will work with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You will handle recruitment from needs identification to final hiring, using LinkedIn Recruiter, conducting CV screening and interviews, and coordinating salary offers in alignment with managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage IT recruitment processes from needs identification to hiring.
• Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct CV screening and recruitment interviews.
• Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Present opportunities and coordinate salary offers.
• Prepare candidates for technical interviews with clients.
• Participate in meetings and technical interviews as needed.
• Maintain salary offers and ensure formalisation of hires.
• Provide proactive post-hire support to consultants.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with managers to align hiring needs.
• Keep recruitment data up to date in Salesforce and email.
• Represent HN Services in the market and ensure a positive candidate experience.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our internal team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of technology profiles.

You will work closely with our internal teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Manage recruitment processes for IT profiles, from identifying hiring needs through to candidate selection and hiring;
• Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Conduct CV screening and recruitment interviews;
• Assess candidates’ suitability for opportunities, considering technical skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit;
• Present opportunities to candidates and ensure close follow-up throughout the entire process;
• Prepare and support candidates for technical interviews with clients;
• Participate, whenever necessary, in meetings and technical interviews with clients, ensuring appropriate candidate support;
• Prepare and present salary offers to candidates, in coordination and alignment with the responsible managers;
• Ensure follow-up throughout the hiring process, guaranteeing an effective transition from candidate selection and salary offer acceptance through to the formalisation of the hire;
• Provide close and proactive support to consultants after they are hired and throughout their journey at HN Services, fostering a strong relationship and proactively identifying needs, expectations or any situations that may require follow-up;
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Work closely with managers, ensuring alignment on hiring needs, priorities and recruitment process progress;
• Keep recruitment information up to date in internal tools (Salesforce, Email);
• Represent HN Services in the market and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
