You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, source via LinkedIn and other channels, assess candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and help us grow our community of technology professionals and support the development of A2it Technology's consulting business. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes end-to-end, working closely with candidates, clients and internal teams across a wide range of IT technologies and projects.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions;
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies;
• Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels;
• Screen and assess candidates according to technical experience, professional background and project fit;
• Conduct interviews and provide structured feedback on candidates;
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals;
• Present suitable candidates to clients and internal stakeholders;
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process;
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding processes.;
• Support the preparation of candidate profiles and CVs for client presentation;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal recruitment systems;
• Work closely with Business Managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and project requirements;
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or recruitment within the technology sector;
• Good understanding of IT profiles, technologies and technical terminology;
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills;
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Strong organization, autonomy and attention to detail;
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
