Madiff Polska in Lisbon is seeking an Recruitment Specialist to manage technical (Junior to Senior) and managerial roles for local and international clients.

You will source candidates, build a network among IT professionals, and develop recruitment tools while contributing to maintaining a positive company image.

English proficiency is important as part of the team operates in English, with experience in IT outsourcing or multinational projects considered a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Good knowledge of English (part of the team is English-speaking).
