Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Lisbon team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT profiles, from job profiling to selection, partnering with hiring managers and IT teams to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in sourcing IT profiles, knowledge of the IT market, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Experience in IT consulting or outsourcing is a plus. This role offers growth and exposure to international projects.
