Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter (mandatory).
• Knowledge of IT roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, meeting timelines and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
