Job summary

Bridge 351 is seeking an IT Recruiter to join the Delivery team, supporting recruitment projects for international clients across markets and industries. You will engage with candidates and stakeholders from different countries while helping companies find the best IT talent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• At least 6 months of IT recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with international candidates and clients.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Resilient, dynamic and organized profile.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Results-driven with strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory).

Responsibilities
