A consulting technology firm in Lisbon is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Specialist with at least 1 year of experience. You will handle candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with Business Managers to meet recruitment needs. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a collaborative spirit. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to customer projects and add value.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection or similar.
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analysis and selection of CV's.
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements.
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
