Conclusion Lifecycle in Lisbon is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support mission-critical environments for international clients in The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries. You will monitor systems in real time, log events, and ensure alerts are properly routed to the right teams.

This on-site, 24/7 shift-based role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Experience with monitoring platforms (Zabbix, SCOM or similar).
• Strong incident management and problem- solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor system alerts and identify anomalies using monitoring tools.
• Log events and incidents with clear, traceable documentation.
• Register, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system from detection to resolution.
• Assess impact and engage appropriate teams for escalation and action.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst position to join our Operation Center team in Lisbon, that supports mission-critical environments across international clients from The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

In this role, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident tracking, and ensuring that critical alerts are properly assessed and routed to the appropriate teams. You will work in a high-responsibility environment where responsiveness, attention to detail, and clear communication are key to maintaining the stability of essential systems and services.

This is an on-site role operating in a 24/7 shift-based model, requiring strong focus, discipline, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing incidents that may impact critical operations.

What you will do:

• Monitor system alerts using tools such as Zabbix, SCOM, or similar platforms, identifying anomalies and potential incidents;
• Log events and incidents clearly and accurately, ensuring proper documentation and traceability;
• Use ticketing systems to register, track, and update incidents from detection to resolution;
• Analyse alerts and incidents to understand impact, required actions, and the appropriate teams to engage;
• Ensure timely escalation and communication with relevant stakeholders when necessary;
• Follow up proactively on incidents to guarantee proper handling and closure;
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain smooth operations across multiple systems and environments;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and escalation flows.

What you are like:

• Familiar with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SCOM, or similar;
• Comfortable using ticketing systems and following structured incident management processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-identification skills, with attention to detail;
• Excellent written communication skills, able to clearly document incidents and updates;
• Resilient, focused, and able to work effectively in high-responsibility and shift-based environments;
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Comfortable working in rotating 24/7 shifts in an on-site model;
• Have good communication skills in English (mandatory);
• Adaptable and able to work in a monitored, high-focus environment requiring sustained attention;
• Motivated to learn and grow within IT operations, even without a strong prior technical background.
