Job summary

Conclusion Lifecycle in Lisbon is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support mission-critical environments for international clients in The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries. You will monitor systems in real time, log events, and ensure alerts are properly routed to the right teams.

This on-site, 24/7 shift-based role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring platforms (Zabbix, SCOM or similar).
• Strong incident management and problem- solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts and identify anomalies using monitoring tools.
• Log events and incidents with clear, traceable documentation.
• Register, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system from detection to resolution.
• Assess impact and engage appropriate teams for escalation and action.
• Communicate timely with stakeholders and ensure proper escalation.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain operations across environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and escalation flows.
