Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience Framework.
• Develop, maintain, test and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and IT Service Continuity solutions.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis campaigns and translate findings into remediation plans.
• Participate in Crisis Management and Incident Management activities, including simulations and training.
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, governance reports and recovery catalogs.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Specialist to integrate our teams in a leading international organization within the financial services sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Operational Resilience capabilities, ensuring the continuity of critical business services through effective Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery practices.

You will work closely with global teams and business stakeholders to strengthen resilience strategies, coordinate testing activities, support crisis response processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring alignment with business and technology resilience objectives;
• Support the development, maintenance, testing, and execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and IT Service Continuity solutions;
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns, evaluate disruption scenarios, and translate findings into actionable remediation plans;
• Participate in Crisis Management and Incident Management activities, including crisis simulations, testing exercises, training sessions, and real incident support;
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, governance reports, recovery catalogues, crisis procedures, and resilience-related awareness materials.

What you are like

• Proficient in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, or IT Service Continuity Management practices;
• Experienced in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and resilience testing activities;
• Strong understanding of Crisis Management, Incident Management, and cyber crisis response processes;
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and resilience-related regulatory requirements;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in English.
