Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Lisbon team. You will serve as a critical link between business and technology, supporting requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, and user support to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Key tasks include documenting requirements with stakeholders, coordinating across business areas, preparing test plans, and driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Engineering, Information Technologies, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and requirements management practices.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Comfortable conducting functional testing and validating business solutions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector is considered a plus.
