The candidate should have a professional IT education (CET or degree), be suitable for recent graduates, and possess Portuguese fluency with intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Escalate incidents according to established severity processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
