Prime Group is seeking an International Corporate Recruiter to join our Global Recruitment team. You will lead end-to-end hiring for Sales, Management and technical roles across geographies, building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

The role requires fluent English and a proactive, analytical mindset to navigate international markets and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. We offer competitive monthly compensation and benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in international contexts.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Polish is valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with autonomy in managing multiple processes simultaneously.
• Proactive and analytical profile with a genuine interest in international and multicultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Management, and technical profiles across multiple geographies.
• Develop active sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates with rigor.
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and recruited profiles.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Keep the ATS up to date and produce regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and brand positioning in target markets.
• Conduct market analyses, talent benchmarking, and competitive mapping.

• Junior Recruiter - Up to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Mid-Level Recruiter - 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience
• Senior Recruiter - 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience
• Junior Recruiter - Up to €1,300 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
• Mid-Level Recruiter - €1,300-€1,600 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
• Senior Recruiter - €1,600-€2,000 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
