A Prime Group procura um Corporate Recruiter Internacional para gerir recrutamento end-to-end e atrair talentos para posições estratégicas a nível global.

O papel envolve sourcing ativo, entrevistas estruturadas e atuação como parceiro de negócio para hiring managers, assegurando uma experiência excecional ao candidato e reporting de métricas. O foco é atuar em contextos internacionais com foco em resultados.

Qualificações

• Experiência em recrutamento, preferencialmente em contextos internacionais.
• Inglês fluente é obrigatório; conhecimento de alemão, italiano, francês ou polonês é valorizado.
• Fortes capacidades de comunicação, negociação e gestão de stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir recrutamento end-to-end para perfis de vendas, gestão e técnicos em várias geografias.
• Desenvolver estratégias de sourcing ativas e construir pipelines qualificados.
• Conduzir entrevistas estruturadas e avaliar candidatos com rigor.
• Ser parceiro de negócio para managers de contratação, alinhando necessidades e perfis.
• Proporcionar experiência do candidato de excelência ao longo de todo o processo.
• Manter o ATS atualizado e apresentar relatórios de métricas de recrutamento.
• Contribuir para employer branding e posicionamento da marca nos mercados-alvo.
• Realizar análises de mercado, benchmarking de talentos e mapeamento competitivo.

We are looking for an International Corporate Recruiter to join our International Recruitment team. You will play a central role in attracting and selecting specialized talent for strategic positions at a global level, collaborating with stakeholders across different markets and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Management, and technical profiles across multiple geographies
• Develop active sourcing strategies and build qualified talent pipelines
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates with rigor
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and recruited profiles
• Deliver a standout candidate experience throughout the entire process
• Keep the ATS up to date and produce regular reporting on recruitment metrics
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and brand positioning in target markets
• Conduct market analyses, talent benchmarking, and competitive mapping

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in international contexts
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
  knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Polish is valued
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented with autonomy in managing multiple processes simultaneously
• Proactive and analytical profile with a genuine interest in international and multicultural environments

Experience Level

• Junior Recruiter – Up to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Mid-Level Recruiter – 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience
• Senior Recruiter – 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Junior Recruiter – Up to €1,300 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
• Mid-Level Recruiter – €1,300–€1,600 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
• Senior Recruiter – €1,600–€2,000 gross/month + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus Scheme + Additional Company Benefits
