Empresa Confidencial in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. You will manage recruitment for consultants, act as their day-to-day point of contact, and support talent development within the organization.

This role offers a hybrid model (Lisbon, with 2 days remote), a personalized development plan, and benefits including meal vouchers and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our consultants, serving as their day-to-day point of contact and actively participating in the recruitment and talent development processes within the organization.

Your mission will be to handle recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring a positive experience for all professionals and contributing to the team’s growth.

Your main responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1.5–2 years of experience in recruitment roles (consulting, temporary staffing agency, HR department, etc.).
• High B2 or C1 level of Portuguese.
• B1 level of English or higher.
• No Spanish required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Passion for people and for creating positive and collaborative work environments.
