Job summary

Bekaert Lisboa is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to manage all sales inquiries, quotations and orders for basic customers, delivering fast, accurate commercial and service support from enquiry to cash while building strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with external sales, technical, planning and production teams, maintain CRM/ERP data, and support monthly forecasts, leveraging a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, customer service or commercial operations in a business environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a commercial mindset.
• High accuracy and disciplined data handling, proficiency with CRM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales enquiries, quotation, and orders for basic customer, from enquiry to cash.
• Provide end-to-end commercial and service support for all customer segments; resolve day-to-day issues and follow up orders.
• Maintain accurate administration and data on customers, pricing, and orders in CRM/ERP; assist monthly sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with external sales, technical, planning, and production teams to remove roadblocks and improve service.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
