Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon seeks a Travel and Expense Team Leader for Spain to join the Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon. The role oversees all activities, drives performance, and ensures strict compliance with T&E policies across countries.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years’ experience, 2+ years in T&E, SAP knowledge, and fluent Spanish, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to lead the team effectively.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Travel & Expense experience.
• Leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in a GBS or similar.
• Fluency in Spanish language is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all activities within the team and is responsible for its performance.
• Distributes daily volume of work and information to team members and stakeholders.
• Coaches team members and develops team strengths.
• Ensures query resolution on a timely basis and manages escalations.
