Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a motivated Digital Inside Sales Specialist in Lisbon to engage both new and existing customers, become a product expert, and articulate Zendesk value through multiple touchpoints in the buyer journey.

The role will be part of a new team in a fast-growing area, with a requirement to work from Zendesk's Lisbon office three days a week and a target-driven culture focused on customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication is required.
• 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Hybrid: work in Lisbon office 3 days per week.
• Secondary language (French, Dutch or Arabic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and existing customers via chat and email.
• Actively resolve inquiries to drive online conversions.
• Become an expert on Zendesk products.
• Be the voice of our customers and understand their needs.
• Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and show Zendesk value.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs including tickets, response times, and productivity.
• Contribute to a shared revenue target and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals weekly.
