Qualifications

• English and French proficiency required.
• Experience with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and activate corporate spaces and employee engagement areas.
• Plan and deliver themed events with timelines and KPIs.
• Manage external service providers and monitor SLAs.
• Oversee workplace services and employee experience initiatives.
• Analyze office occupancy and space utilization reports.
• Define workplace allocation models and foster cross-team synergies.
