Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Supply Operations Officer to optimize office supplies, logistics, and contracts across an international setting. You will manage inventories, coordinate maintenance, and ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with finance, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Inventory Management experience.
• 1–3 years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Logistics.
• 1–3 years in Invoicing and Administrative Control.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, reprography services, press subscriptions, and other corporate resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and services.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for office equipment.
• Validate purchase orders and ensure proper recharging to business units.
• Develop and monitor operational dashboards for cost tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance on re-invoicing documentation.
• Update databases to reflect ongoing projects and organizational changes.
• Prepare information for audits, quality reviews, and supplier evaluations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
