Transcom is seeking a Junior Human Resources Assistant in Porto, Portugal. You will support HR Operations, manage employee records, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while engaging with a diverse, international team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, plus 6 months HR experience. Portuguese proficiency at C1+ is essential; English and Spanish are valued. It offers a hybrid work arrangement and a pathway for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Portuguese proficiency at C1+ level.
• English proficiency B2+/C1 valued.
• Spanish proficiency B2+ valued.
• Minimum 6 months HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee lifecycle administration: contracts, files, onboarding/offboarding documents.
• Assist with day-to-day compensation tasks and compliance monitoring.
• Track basic HR metrics and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide dedicated HR support to employees as a go-to contact for inquiries.
