A leading technology firm in Lisbon is seeking an entry-level customer support representative. You'll manage client contacts and provide solutions while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model and includes benefits like health insurance and meal allowances.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a year’s experience in a Customer Support or client facing role, preferably in a multi-national environment.
• Close familiarity with Computers and Digital Network configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations to provide unique solutions.
• Own the Stakeholder Experience by liaising with Helpdesks and product partners.
• Process client-generated and internally generated service request tickets.
