Qualificações

• 3-4+ years of experience as a technical support engineer.
• Basic experience with Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, AWS, and MySQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer technical support requests via phone, email, and tickets.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document all customer interactions in a ticketing system.
