Job summary

Capgemini Portugal is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to join our hybrid team in Lisbon or Porto. You’ll provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, addressing incidents through ITSM tools and ensuring SLA compliance.

You will deploy and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, manage hardware lifecycle and asset tracking, and collaborate with global IT teams to maintain security and improve IT services. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Desktop/IT support roles.
• Experience providing Level 1 and 2 support in enterprise environments.
• Strong Windows OS administration and macOS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITSM platforms; mobile device support.
• Experience in hardware deployment, asset management, and incident handling.
• Customer-service mindset and strong communication; fast-paced environment.
• Banking/Financial Services exposure is a plus.
• Ability to create technical docs and knowledge base articles.
• ITIL Foundation and Microsoft certs are a plus.
• English fluent.
• Hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and end-user technologies.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM tools.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; support business apps.
• Support hardware lifecycle management: provisioning, replacements, asset tracking, inventory.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure service delivery and security compliance.
