Inetum is seeking an onsite Desktop Support specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across multiple office locations in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on hardware, software, connectivity and workplace technology services while maintaining documentation and service levels.

You will support Windows, macOS and mobile devices, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and contribute to knowledge base and asset records. Banking sector exposure is a plus.

Qualificações

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Experience with Windows and macOS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.
• Experience using incident or request management tools.
• Banking or financial sector exposure.
• Microsoft certifications
• Hardware-related accreditations

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite desktop support across designated office locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Support Windows, macOS and mobile device environments.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support office moves, project activities and operational initiatives.
