The role focuses on delivering Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support across Windows and macOS environments, supporting Microsoft Office, and handling hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support across hardware and software.
• Strong experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and messaging products.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, laptops, tablets).
• Experience using ITSM tools for incident and service requests management.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-user IT support for a large user base (approx. 12,000 users).
• Act as the primary desk-side contact for desktop support issues.
• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot applications, networks, peripherals, and desktops on-site with remote support when needed.
• Support provisioning, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops and IT tooling.
• Maintain accurate asset records and document support interactions.
