Valmet, a global leader in process technologies and automation, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for PEC Portugal. You will support spare parts sales, coordinate field service activities, and manage service agreements while aligning with sales teams and internal stakeholders.

You will work from Ovar or Lisbon, with a hybrid work model, collaborating with customers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth order management and project execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience with similar duties.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and getting things right the first time.
• Experience in technical engineering environments, using SAP and construction site planning will be advantageous.
• Good experience from sites & operational arrangements as required by site works team and ability to work well with sub-contractors and suppliers in the engineering and manufacturing industries.
• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Service-minded & customer service orientated.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing spare parts sales activities for PEC Portugal and South Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
• Deliver customer support for spare parts sales.
• Monitor and follow up on field service and spare parts deliveries and invoicing.
• Coordinate and execute administrative tasks supporting service business operations as well as field service and on-site work incl. pre-shutdown activities.
• Execute administrative tasks related to invoicing, finance, and supply chain processes.
• Providing support with clear and effective quotation preparation and order handling process.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices.
