Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Hungarian E-Commerce Customer Specialist to help customers through online shopping journeys, delivering high-quality service and satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries about orders, products, payments, deliveries, and returns, provide clear product guidance, escalate cases when needed, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support abilities.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, chat or email with inquiries related to orders, products, payments, shipping and returns.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, including order tracking and post-purchase support.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide clear and helpful information about products, availability, and promotions.
• Case management: escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Customer satisfaction: deliver professional and empathetic service that builds trust and strengthens brand loyalty.
• Process compliance: follow company procedures and service guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
