Job summary

ALLRecruiter is seeking a CEGID HR Learning Specialist (formerly Talentsoft) for a hybrid role based in Porto. The consultant will work 2–3 days in the office and must be based in Portugal, starting December 2026 for a 6–7 month project. Fluency in English and Portuguese, with French a plus, is required.

The role focuses on supporting Learning modules, configuring and maintaining LMS functionalities, and collaborating with HR, IT, and L&D teams to deliver effective learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning modules.
• Hands-on expertise configuring and supporting Learning Management functionalities.
• Strong understanding of corporate Learning & Development processes.
• Experience in functional support, system implementation, or enhancements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning modules.
• Configure, maintain and optimize Learning functionalities per business needs.
• Support administration and evolution of the Learning Management environment.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to users.
