Hexa People is looking for a HR Admin & Payroll Team Leader in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Admin specialists, ensuring top-tier support and compliance with Italian labor laws.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, including team leadership. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of payroll management or HR operations experience in structured environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with HRIS and payroll tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop the HR Admin team.
• Oversee Italian pre-payroll cycle and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct data integrity checks and audits.
