Hexa People is seeking a Payroll HRIS Project Manager located in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you'll manage and optimize payroll-related HRIS processes to ensure compliance and alignment with regulations. You'll lead communication between HR, Payroll, and IT while overseeing the design and implementation of payroll systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree in a related field, has 2-5 years of HRIS experience, and is fluent in English. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential, and project management certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HRIS Payroll or Core HR projects.
• Fluent in English, with proven HRIS implementation experience.
