Hexa People in Porto seeks a Senior HR Officer to act as the main HR contact for operational teams across sites. You will apply labour-law expertise to guide people decisions and manage the employee lifecycle with accuracy and service orientation.

You will draft contracts, handle employee relations, disciplinary cases and proceedings, and support managers with policies, transfers, and termination communications while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Law or a comparable field.
• Senior HR professional with experience in operational HR management and employment law.
• Familiar with collective bargaining agreements and confidentiality in handling personnel matters.
• Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple cases.

Mansioni

• Provide first-line HR advice to operational teams, clarifying employment matters and HR procedures.
• Draft employment contracts, amendments and formal correspondence for leave, termination and separations.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary cases, coordinating with the HR Manager and ensuring legal deadlines.
• Guide managers through dismissal procedures, incapacity cases and prolonged absences with proper documentation.
• Coordinate HR administration for transfers and departures including payslips and records.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR practices and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives.
