Usercentrics in Lisbon is seeking a detail-driven HR Specialist to own payroll, HR data integrity, and compliance across international hubs. You will manage HRIS (HiBob, Innform) and collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payroll for Germany or Portugal, while delivering fast, reliable support to a global team.

The role requires 3+ years in HR Operations, strong knowledge of EU employment laws, and fluency in English with German or Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations within a multi-country or global environment.
• Technical knowledge with maintaining HRIS and payroll systems (HiBob, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Strong knowledge of German or Portuguese labour law and payroll administration.
• Proactive with ownership mindset; excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English and German or Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HRIS data, generate reports, ensure data integrity, accuracy, security and compliance.
• Own payroll cycles for German or Portuguese regions and coordinate with Finance for budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors, insurers, and government agencies to ensure timely compliance.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, adapting global practices to local requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and HR metrics reporting for leadership.
