Ivy Partners in Lisbon is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to own local HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll, HR administration and employee support.

You will work closely with the HR Director, Finance and local management to ensure smooth HR processes, onboarding, contract management and compliance with Portuguese labour law, contributing to a positive employee experience across Lisbon and Swiss teams.

• Onboard new hires and manage contractual changes
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters
