Job summary

InnoTech in Vilamoura, Portugal, seeks an on-site Helpdesk specialist with at least 1 year of experience to support our IT systems and end users. You will diagnose issues, provide both on-site and remote assistance, and escalate complex problems to ensure fast resolution.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of IT systems across Vilamoura units, delivering efficient support to internal users.
Provide on-site and remote assistance for incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to reach timely resolution.
Set up, configure, and maintain equipment including computers, POS systems, tablets, and printers.
