Ecojob is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Funchal, Portugal. You will provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and configure systems and applications.

You will set up user accounts, monitor performance, and train users on basic tech tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong hardware/software/network knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Funchal. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Set up new user accounts and permissions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities
• Train users on basic hardware and software usage

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. However, we are currently open to remote work options due to the current situation.
