You will provide technical assistance to clients and employees, diagnose issues, and keep systems running smoothly. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Salary is $1600 per month. You will document solutions, train users, and maintain confidentiality, contributing to a reliable IT

IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are in search of an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our company's clients and employees. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
