Job summary

Líbere Hospitality Group in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure smooth property operations across our portfolio of properties.

You will supervise front- and back-office tasks, assist guests with check-in, handle stock and maintenance coordination, and work closely with the City Manager to uphold service standards and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more as the main point of contact.
• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues and follow up on tasks.
• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
