The Social Hub in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Front Office Host to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will assist with check-ins, offer local recommendations and help guests connect with events and experiences across our properties.

You will communicate in English and Portuguese, multitask efficiently, and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep the lobby vibrant and welcoming. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in hospitality or guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Able to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset, turning moments into memorable experiences.
• Comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps.
• Clear communication in English and Portuguese.
• Team player who stays calm during busy peaks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and set a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby inviting and well‑kept.
• Offer local tips and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Assist with bookings for activities, restaurants and more.
• Share guest feedback with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote outlets and spot upsell opportunities.
